Stronger Kids. Greater Confidence. Lifelong Skills.

Our youth programs help kids build confidence, coordination, discipline, and resilience in a positive, encouraging environment.

Kids Muay Thai & Kick Boxing

Our Muay Thai classes teach striking, footwork, defense, clinch work, knees, elbows, and conditioning in a focused training environment. Whether you are new to martial arts or looking to sharpen your skills, Muay Thai is a great way to build confidence, fitness, and practical stand-up striking ability.

Youth Athletic Development

Build the Foundation for Every Sport

This class uses games and playful movement to build a strong athletic foundation. Kids develop balance, coordination, rhythm, agility, footwork, body control, and confidence through obstacle courses, partner games, basic tumbling, safe falling, animal walks, and age-appropriate jumping and landing. The class also includes research-informed strength and plyometric work in a playful format, helping children learn to move with control, absorb force well, and build resilience. Instead of specializing too early, the focus is on broad athletic development and physical literacy so kids become stronger, more capable, and more confident movers.

Youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Our MMA classes combine striking, grappling, takedowns, clinch work, and ground control into one complete martial arts program. Students learn how to connect techniques from Muay Thai, boxing, wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for fitness, self-defense, or competition.
