Getting Started:

We offer training in Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu and Strength & Conditioning in a structured, supportive, learning environment for both adults and children.
Our instructors combine fight and competition experience with extensive teaching experience, allowing students to learn from coaches who not only understand the arts, but also know how to teach them effectively. You can visit our About page to learn more about our team.
Our programs are designed to help students improve at every stage of their journey. Whether you are a complete beginner or a more experienced practitioner, our curriculum is built to support your development. Beginners build a strong foundation, while advanced students continue refining their technique, timing, understanding, and overall skill.

No experience is needed. Our program is beginner-friendly, and many of our students start with no Muay Thai background at all. We’ll guide you through the basics step by step. You do not need to get in shape before starting. That’s what training is for. We’ll meet you where you are and help you build conditioning, coordination, and confidence over time.

Yes. We welcome complete beginners and work hard to make sure new students feel comfortable from day one. Our coaches and teammates will help you learn the fundamentals in a supportive environment.

Your First Class:
-
Your first class is designed to help you get comfortable and ease into training. Class usually begins with jump rope, followed by a group warm-up and stretch, one round of shadowboxing, and then instruction and pad work. You’ll be guided throughout the class and won’t be expected to know anything beforehand.

Yes. When you arrive, you’ll be paired with an assistant coach who will work with you throughout class, answer any questions, and make sure you feel comfortable and supported.

Wear comfortable workout clothes that you can move in easily, such as a T-shirt, tank top, shorts, or athletic pants.
Just bring water and yourself. If you already have gloves, feel free to bring them. If not, we can lend you gear get started with what you need for your first class.
Getting Here

We recommend parking in the lots either near NCG Cinema or near Unisex Hair Palace for the easiest access to the gym.

If you enter through the NCG Cinema entrance, walk through the old food court and turn right. The gym will be on your right.
If you enter through the Unisex Hair Palace entrance, walk straight until you reach the food court, then turn left. The gym will be on your right.
Membership & Next Steps

After your trial class, we’ll answer any questions you have and go over the best next step based on your goals and experience level. If you’re ready to continue, we’ll help you get set up with the membership option that fits you best.

We offer an unlimited membership which allows you to take as many classes as you would like for $135 a month.
Additionally we offer a premium membership for $185 a month which includes unlimited classes, fighter strength and conditioning programing, and access to the sport of iron which includes a full strength training facility and shower.
Private Lessons

Yes. Private lessons are available for students who want one-on-one coaching, extra technical work, or more individualized attention.

The best way to schedule a private lesson is to contact us directly. We’ll help you find a time and instructor that works best for you.
Kids Program

Our kids program is for children ages 5–12. Students ages 13 and up train in our adult classes, and beginners are always welcome. We work closely with younger teens to make sure they receive the support, supervision, and instruction they need to build confidence and progress safely.

Students learn the fundamentals of Muay Thai or Jiu-Jitsu in a structured setting that builds technique, coordination, discipline, confidence, and focus. Classes are designed to help children improve step by step while having fun and staying engaged.

Yes. We offer a trial class so your child can try the program, meet the coaches, and see if the class is a good fit.

Yes. Parents are welcome to stay and watch, especially during their child’s first class.

Martial arts can help children build confidence, discipline, focus, coordination, respect, and resilience. It also gives them a positive outlet for energy and helps them grow both physically and mentally.

That’s completely normal. Many children feel nervous before their first class. Our goal is to help new students feel comfortable, welcomed, and supported as they settle in and get used to the class environment.
Competition & Fight Team

No. Competition is never required. Many students train for fitness, skill development, confidence, or personal growth without any interest in competing.

Yes. We have a very active competition team and we welcome students with competitive goals and provide a clear path for those who want to pursue Muay Thai or Jiu-Jitsu competition. Our job is to help you develop the skills, habits, conditioning, and mindset needed to prepare the right way.

Yes. Our approach is centered on building athletes step by step through technical development, consistency, discipline, and the right guidance over time. We focus on creating strong foundations first, then helping students grow into more advanced training and, when appropriate, competition.
