Kids Muay Thai & Kick Boxing

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu teaches students how to use technique, positioning, and leverage to safely control an opponent.

More importantly, it teaches children how to stay calm under pressure, work through challenges, and respond to setbacks with patience and determination.

Classes include instruction, skill-based games, partner drills, and supervised live practice appropriate for each student’s age and experience.

Youth Athletic Foundations

Build the Foundation for Every Sport

This class uses games and playful movement to build a strong athletic foundation. Kids develop balance, coordination, rhythm, agility, footwork, body control, and confidence through obstacle courses, partner games, basic tumbling, safe falling, animal walks, and age-appropriate jumping and landing. The class also includes research-informed strength and plyometric work in a playful format, helping children learn to move with control, absorb force well, and build resilience. Instead of specializing too early, the focus is on broad athletic development and physical literacy so kids become stronger, more capable, and more confident movers.
